Featured Carpet Tiles
Firstly a lot of people are put off using carpet tiles either in their office or home for one of several reasons and over the years we've heard them all! Comments like do they curl up at the corners, do they shrink and do you need to lay underlay first, to can I put them up my walls. It's amazing just how little knowledge people have of this product. After all you only walk on them right?
A good quality carpet tile can work wonders and most people have never even thought of using them but they are just so versatile. The way they can be individually lifted, cleaned and then replaced is quick and simple especially if you have pets or young children. Keeping your environment clean is hard enough without having to keep scrubbing carpets all the time with specialist cleaning machines or amazing carpet foams that often do not work. Our advice is if you are a traditional carpet customer and have not used them before try using a small amount of carpet tiles in your office, kitchen or conservatory first. See how they perform and get a feel for how this product can really help you!

Evaluating Carpet Tiles and Planning for the Future!
It really started back in early 2003, with an idea we had about updating the appearance of carpet tiles in general. At the time there were only a handful of other companies in the country that were like us, carpet tile specialists, and after seeing some of their information and samples we quickly realised that if we were going to stand out from the crowd then we needed to be totally different in our approach. We also had to take into consideration that most people knew nothing about the product, and carpet tiles were only really promoted exclusively within the business sector of the market. Although we had past experience in this field, it was still difficult to explain to new customers these benefits and why they should pay more for something that does exactly the same job as ordinary carpet!
In a way 'Carpet Tiles' is a badly chosen name for the product as they are about as far removed from carpet as say ceramic tiles or laminate, the only similarity is that they all go on the floor. Carpet tiles as the name suggests is giving equal status to that of your everyday 'wall to wall' broadloom carpet, which is what the vast majority of individuals would use in their domestic residences. This is a real problem because most people do not realise that a 20-25 year life expectancy is not uncommon with carpet tiles, where as normal rolled carpet would probably be looking tired within 5 years of being laid.
A carpet tile is made from either polypropylene a refined colour dyed plastic thread or nylon, a man made fibre which is known for its great strength and durability. A nylon tile is the far superior of these two and the polypropylene version was really only introduced to make a more affordable tile to be mass produced for the ever growing market. The last problem is if you want carpet tiles where is the best place to buy them from? This is where we came in and over the last 15 years we have been successfully selling them all over the world with exciting results in both commercial and domestic sectors.
As first stated we began evaluating carpet tiles (commonly mis-spelt as capet tiles) simply because we wanted to give our customers the best advice so they could make a much more informed choice when it came to our products and services. There is nothing more satisfying than receiving great feedback from our customers on work produced and created totally 'in house'. This undoubtedly provides us with a much better insight as to what most people are actually looking for when it comes to domestic carpet tiles and look forward to giving the best service we possibly can to all who visit our site.
