Catton Red carpet tiles are one of our selected high grade factory seconds and are suitable for any area in the home or workplace. Over time and with long exposure to direct sunlight the colour of these tiles can darken. This is due to a colour fastness issue during the manufacturing process hence why they have been classed as factory seconds. We have sold thousands of these tiles already and most customers have not experienced any difference in colour. However we would recommend you try to avoid laying these carpet tiles in areas where they are directly in the path of prolonged sunlight. These tiles are a genuine bargain at only £1.49 + vat per tile or as low as £1.35 + vat with a 10% quantity discount.

Manufactured from 100% polypropylene they are extremely durable and long lasting. These carpet tiles can be either loose laid or stuck down with double-sided carpet tape. For larger areas we recommend using carpet tile tackifier. This is a special liquid form (pressure sensitive) adhesive which offers a labour saving alternative to the tape. Both products are available for purchase on our site.

Please note that these adhesives are specially designed to give a semi permanent bond to the subfloor. This means that in the future damaged/stained tiles can be easily lifted to be cleaned or replaced.
