Iron Black carpet tiles are an extremely hard wearing product. The velour construction similar to the green scouring pad on a washing up sponge make them ideal for all industrial situations. They look great once laid and are the perfect colour for hiding dirt so work well in places like shops, snooker clubs and leisure centres. They can also be used for showrooms and exhibition stands where thay are constantly exposed to pedestrian traffic or for busy walkways in office buildings or factories with high footfall. They are manufactured from 100% polypropylene so have good durability and are long lasting and easy to clean. These carpet tiles can be either loose laid or stuck down with double-sided carpet tape. For larger areas we recommend using carpet tile tackifier. This is a special liquid form (pressure sensitive) adhesive which offers a labour saving alternative to the tape. Please note that these adhesives are specially designed to give a semi permanent bond to the subfloor. This means that in the future damaged/stained tiles can be easily lifted to be cleaned or replaced.
